What we collect
Your name, email address and password (the password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is never visible to us), your business name, type, phone and address, and the stock, sales, expenses, supplier and customer-debt records you enter.
How it is used
Only to run ZimBiz for you: sign-in, showing your business records, reports, receipts and reminders. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored with Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore). Each business can only read and write its own records. Some settings (such as theme and notification times) are stored on your device.
Camera and notifications
The camera is used only when you tap Scan barcode; images are not saved or sent anywhere. Notifications are optional and can be turned off in Settings.
Your customers' details
If you record customer names or debts, you are responsible for handling that information fairly and lawfully.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and records inside the app. To ask for your account and data to be deleted, contact us at the address below.
